Deseret Medical realizes the importance of giving back to the community. Recently we donated a motorized scooter to a very deserving little girl through the Make a Wish Foundation.

Savannah's Wish

Dear Greg and Deseret Medical Staff:

On behalf of the Make A Wish Foundation of Utah and Savannah we would like to thank you for your help in getting her the scooter. As you can see fromt he picture she is really enjoying her scooter and it has given her back the ability to get around by herself and to be with her friends again. Soon after her wish was presented at the zoo, Savannah was able to participate in the local parade near her home. This was something she has not been able to do since her illness. Again many thanks from Make A Wish, Savannah and her wish granters.
